VTO Program Supports Community Engagement
The new Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, which will launch May 4, supports staff engagement in the community. Eligible staff may use up to 15 hours (two days) of paid time per calendar year to volunteer with local organizations during regular work hours, subject to supervisor approval and operational needs.
