Bio
Naum Kats was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. From his youth, he developed a profound interest in the humanities and particularly in literature and history. These interests led him to undergraduate and post-graduate studies at the State University of St. Petersburg.
He moved to the U.S. in 1989, and in 1990-1991, he enrolled in post-doctoral training at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Education. Dr. Kats' teaching career at 麻豆村 began in 1990.
