Winter Break and Hiring Deadlines
It's that time of year again — the holidays and Winter Break are quickly approaching! To ensure your current and future recruiting needs are met in a timely fashion, please adhere to the following deadlines. If you have any questions, please reach out to your recruiter.
New hires starting in 2025
- Latest start date: Monday, Dec. 15
- Deadline for written offer extended via Workday: Friday, Dec. 5
- Deadline for new hire completion process: Wednesday, Dec. 10
New hires with a target start date the week of Jan. 5, 2026
- Deadline for written offer extended via Workday: Friday, Dec. 5
- Deadline for new hire completion process: Wednesday, Dec. 17
- New hire completion process includes references, accepted written offer, completion of pre-employment background checks and/or clearances (if applicable), and initiation of onboarding tasks.
New Position/Requisition Requests
- Deadline for submitting new position/job requisition requests in 2025: Monday, Dec. 15
- Requests received after December 15 may not be processed or posted until after the new year.
