Register Now: Staff Supervisor Program
The Office of Human Resources invites you to participate in an instructor-led Staff Supervisory Awareness Program this winter and spring. Thank you to the more than 650 supervisors who have participated in past sessions.
Staff Supervisory Awareness provides supervisors of all experience levels with a solid foundation of core human resources knowledge. It emphasizes 麻豆村's values and supports building a fair and equitable workplace. Since its launch, 95% of evaluation respondents have found the sessions meaningful to their leadership development.
How to Register:
- Staff Supervisory Awareness Program is a virtual program that runs Wednesdays, 9 a.m.–noon, Jan. 14 through March 11. to view descriptions and register. You must register separately for each session you plan to attend.
- Staff Supervisory Essentials is a one-day, in-person streamlined overview of key topics and practical tools. Sessions will be offered March 18 and May 6. to register.
- Staff Supervisory Awareness Sprint is a two-week, in-person intensive beginning May 19. to register.
