Tepper School Releases 2025 MBA Summary Employment Report

The Masters Career Center (MCC) at the Tepper School of Business has released its 2025 MBA Summary Employment Report, showcasing the achievements of our most recent full-time MBA graduates and summer internship candidates.
Tepper School MBA graduates continued to excel amid ongoing economic uncertainty and a competitive global job market. The Class of 2025 reported an average starting salary of $154,846 and a median base salary of $160,000, as well as an average signing bonus of $38,610, reflecting strong demand for Tepper School talent across industries. Approximately 83% of the Class of 2025 reported receiving a job offer within three months of graduation, that number rose to nearly 90% by six months after graduation.
鈥淥ur graduates continue to demonstrate the adaptability, analytical rigor, and leadership that organizations are seeking in today鈥檚 rapidly evolving market,鈥 said Stephen Rakas, Executive Director of the Masters Career Center. 鈥淲e are proud of the resilience and hard work of our students, and continue to be grateful for the strength of the Tepper School community of alumni, recruiters, staff, and faculty who play a critical role in supporting their success.鈥
In this year鈥檚 report, consulting and technology remained the top industries, attracting a combined 60% of graduates, while 10% accepted roles in financial services. Graduates also secured opportunities across healthcare, energy, consumer products, manufacturing, and other sectors, reinforcing the versatility and analytical strength of the Tepper School MBA. The report was developed by the MCC, which provides extensive career support through personalized coaching, strong employer and alumni networks, and hundreds of annual recruiting events.

A key element of career success for Tepper School graduates continues to be the power of the school鈥檚 professional and alumni network. In 2025, 73% of full-time accepted offers and 72.5% of accepted summer internship offers originated from school-facilitated sources, demonstrating the continued engagement of Tepper School alumni, corporate partners, and recruiter community.聽
