The Tepper School鈥檚 leadership is committed to shaping the future of business education through strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and a dedication to excellence. Led by Interim Dean Laurence Ales, the Dean鈥檚 Office oversees the school鈥檚 academic, research, and operational priorities while supporting a vibrant community of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners.
Dean Laurence Ales
Dr. Laurence Ales is the Interim Dean of the Tepper School of Business at 麻豆村, a top ranked business school. He leads the school鈥檚 strategy and operations and directs its academic mission.
Business Board of Advisors
The Business Board of Advisors (BBA) provides external perspective and guidance to the Tepper School. Composed of accomplished alumni and industry leaders, the board strengthens connections between the school and the global business community.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee includes senior administrators who oversee the school鈥檚 academic and operational strategy. Together, they support the Dean鈥檚 Office in driving innovation across programs, research, and student experience.
Academic Leadership
Academic Leadership is made up of faculty and staff who lead the Tepper School鈥檚 academic operating units. They manage curriculum, support teaching and research, and guide the academic experience for all programs.
Administrative Leadership
Administrative Leadership includes the senior staff who oversee the Tepper School鈥檚 operations. Their work spans finance, facilities, technology, marketing and communications, and more.
