
Summer Guest Housing
Important: Guest Housing is not available for organized groups, conferences, or program-managed attendees. Groups affiliated with university programs or events must arrange housing through the appropriate conference or group housing process.
To qualify for Guest Housing:
- Guests must be 18 years* or older on or before their check-in date
- Guests must be visiting the 麻豆村 campus for university-related purposes such as:
- Visiting students or professors
- Research sponsor employees working with university faculty or staff
- Guest lecturers
- Visiting researchers or scientists
- Currently enrolled full-time 麻豆村 students needing temporary accommodations
- Prospective students and parents who are visiting the university campus or participating in a university campus tour
*Minors 13 years or older are permitted to stay in Guest Housing with a parent or legal guardian who must be with them at all times. Note that you would need to reserve an additional bed space for each minor.

Accommodations are available in two apartment-style dormitories: Fifth Neville Apartments and Roselawn Terrace.
- Fifth Neville Apartments has amenities that are top notch and is right off campus, but close to the heart of Oakland and on the bus line. Room types consist of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments:
- All Studio units contain two beds and will be filled as single occupancy in a double room (1 occupant total)
- All One-Bedroom units contain one double bedroom (2 occupants total)
- All Two-Bedroom units contain one single bedroom and one double bedroom (up to 3 occupants total)
- The Roselawn Houses are located on a charming, private street, giving them a suburban neighborhood feel. Each house can accommodate up to five guests, has three bedrooms (two double rooms and one single room), a private bathroom, kitchen, large living room, and a dining room.

**All rates are per person, per night, except for Full Apartment Buy-out pricing. Guests staying 28 days or more must provide their own bed and bath linens. Please contact Conference & Event Services for more information.
Additional Fees: $3.86 access card (all guests); for stays of 28+ days, an additional $22 mail fee and $5/week laundry fee apply.
Please note:
- The entire cost of your length of stay must be paid in full prior to check-in.
- Room type and building choice are available on a first come, first served basis.
- The prices above are per bed. If you are interested in reserving an entire apartment, please contact Conference & Event Services.
- If you choose double occupancy in a double room, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender.
- All guests (up to 5 people) in each apartment may share one bathroom. The living space will also be shared with the other guests. There will be guests checking in and checking out on different days, which means that you might have a roommate arrive before or after you.
- There is a 3 night minimum required.
