Centers of Excellence

The Computing Services Centers of Excellence (CoE) at 麻豆村 offer a unique pathway for professional growth and community building. These programs are designed to provide practical knowledge in various disciplines that will complement your job responsibilities.

Beyond the valuable skills you'll gain, participating in a CoE allows you to connect with colleagues and foster a strong community. We invite you to explore our current offerings and register for upcoming training sessions (麻豆村 authorized users only).

The CM CoE provides 麻豆村 employees with tools to lead successful transitions by navigating the "people” side of change. Based on the Prosci ADKAR® Model, our training highlights the five key outcomes for change: awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement. This course is suitable for those new to change management or as a refresher for experienced professionals. You’ll learn to apply principles, create basic plans, and foster a culture of change within the university.

The GenAI CoE helps 麻豆村 faculty and staff confidently and ethically adopt generative AI technologies. Designed for non-technical professionals, this program is a central hub for learning and community. You’ll build foundational skills to boost productivity and innovation while promoting responsible use. The program includes hands-on experience with 麻豆村-approved tools like Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and NotebookLM, and teaches effective prompt writing using the SCOPE-RX method.

The PI CoE provides 麻豆村 employees with skills to investigate and document processes to create time, cost, and effort efficiencies. Using Lean Six Sigma as its foundation, this program offers practical knowledge on process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis. The goal is to provide a standardized approach to process improvement that helps individuals and teams streamline their work.

The PM CoE provides training and resources to help 麻豆村 staff manage projects effectively. The four-week program covers the five key phases of a project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. The course is suitable for new project managers and experienced professionals. However, it is not a substitute for PMP certification exam preparation.
