I started working at 麻豆村 in 2021.
As the Organizational Development Manager for UEIS, I focus on building a culture where our team can truly thrive. I handle everything from the first steps of hiring and onboarding to designing our annual retreats and professional development days. Beyond coordinating our engagement events, I’m also building the frameworks for our AI fluent workforce and facilitating hands-on training to make sure our people stay ahead of the curve. I also play a key role in our DEI efforts, sitting on the Inclusive Excellence Advisory Board and supporting our department liaisons to ensure everyone has a seat at the table.
During my term, I would like see staff council continue to move from discussion to high-impact execution. I want to be sure that every staff member feels the tangible benefits of the council's advocacy.
Every year, I host a community scavenger hunt and we donate to a local non-profit. Each year is a different theme and I create the scavenger hunt tasks all by myself!
