CERT Operations Manager, Software Engineering Institute

I started my career with in 2007.

I am the Operations Manager of the CERT Division at the Software Engineering Institute. I oversee the CERT Operations Team consisting of administrative assistants and operations coordinators. I work directly with divisional leadership and with all groups within the SEI. 

During my term I would like to see Staff Council's work be promoted better in departments that are slightly removed from campus. I feel it is important to make all groups within Â鶹´å feel a part of the broader community. Actions by the Staff Council are a good way of making this happen. I would use my involvement with Staff Council to help integrate SEI staff with the campus community and campus wide activities/initiatives. I would make sure that my organization was aware of opportunities and things going on outside of the SEI to help better their experiences as a Â鶹´å employee.
