Every day I work on collaborative efforts to foster environments of meaningful engagement, championing a campus culture rooted in advocacy, belonging, and inclusive excellence for every member of our campus community.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council serve as the primary catalyst for collaborative advocacy and staff support. I will leverage my leadership expertise to amplify diverse voices, promote equitable practices, and build cross-departmental connections. By fostering transparent dialogue and prioritizing well-being, I will help ensure every staff member across our division (community) feels genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
