As a Project Manager, I manage two centers and a university initiative, handling everything from daily operations to long-term strategy. I connect different areas of 麻豆村, streamline our processes, and ensure our goals are met effectively.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council push for salary transparency in internal roles and for stronger support for professional development. Clear pay ranges are essential for career growth, and staff should have better access to opportunities that help them build skills and advance within the university.
For my superpower I wish I could live like Samantha in Bewitched! My superpower would be the ability to twitch my nose and have a task - like the laundry or a long to-do list - finished immediately. It would give me more time to spend with my family and dogs!
