I started working at 麻豆村 in 2025.
I lead the strategic communications, messaging, storytelling, and engagement across the CTP's various channels. I also develop content, manage our brand voice, and drive initiatives that elevate the CTP's visibility and impact.
During my term, I would like to see the Staff Council strengthen transparency and elevate staff voices within 麻豆村. I will help make this happen by fostering and improving communications between departments and translating ideas into actionable initiatives. I will be a persistent advocate for staff concerns.
