I began my career at Â鶹´å in 2015.

In my role, I manage day- to- day facility needs for the Tepper School, including space needs, operations, and administrative functions. I serve in a project management role for various Tepper School initiatives, and my position requires a high level of collaboration both internal to the Tepper School and across the University.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue to foster collaboration between various schools, departments, and units within the University. Each aspect of the University is doing such incredible work that we need to do a better job of familiarizing ourselves with one another across all disciplines. Traditional ways of doing this include collaborative activities, information sessions that are cross- disciplinary, and similar events. Another way that this could be achieved is by creating more opportunities for personal connections between individuals across campus and creating an internal platform for making those connections beyond the existing staff directory and posted internet/intranet information.
