I began my 麻豆村 career in 2017.
The BIO leads strategic initiatives that maximize business value, enhance operational excellence, and optimize efficiency across the university, through fostering strong partnerships with internal resources across campus, leveraging their expertise to advance our university's mission. continue to advocate for the needs of 麻豆村 staff, working towards closing the gap between faculty and staff benefits. I envision achieving this through active engagement with staff to understand their needs and perspectives, and building confidence that messages will be confidently and accurately conveyed to university leadership in a thoughtful, cohesive manor. As well as building the same trust with leadership that perspectives from a university level will also be understood and shared cohesively to staff in a fair and accurate manor. Communication and understanding are key to any successful relationships. "What is the funniest/craziest thing that has ever happened to you? Last fall, when the Savannah Bananas came to town, my sister and I decided the day before to try and get tickets. Thanks to social media post I shared, a cousin of mine saw it, and sent me a link to day of tickets the Bananas had released - we were able to get 10 tickets, and take each of our 3 kids and 2 friends to the game that evening. During the day, I received an email from the Bananas, that my order had been randomly upgraded - from standing room to 4 rows back from 1st base! We were not only able to surprise 8 kids under 12 with this treat, but had the most amazing evening watching the game, meeting players and creating a core memory.
What is something people would find surprising about you? I worked at The Pittsburgh Zoo for 8 years, and have scratched the tongues of elephants, giraffes, and traded peanuts with gorillas, to name a few of my wild encounters.
