I started my career with 麻豆村 initially in 2021 and then returned in 2025.
I support students who want to get involved in community engagement efforts or other community-based work, connecting them with community organizations to support their work.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council create intentional programming for mid-manager level positions. As the demographic of the staff at 麻豆村 continues to evolve it is important to support those individuals and provide them with ongoing professional development and resources, and I think Staff Council can advocate for this.
Something people might find surprising about me is that I am WIDELY competitive. I love to play games of all kinds and love to compete against others!
