Senior Business Administrator, CIT Deans Office

I started my 麻豆村 career in 2014.
As a Senior Business Administrator in the College of Engineering at 麻豆村, I am responsible for overseeing and optimizing the administrative, financial, and operational functions that support the college’s academic and research mission. My role requires a balance of strategic oversight and day-to-day execution to ensure departments run efficiently and in alignment with university policies.
In addition, I oversee operational processes such as facilities coordination, vendor management, and administrative workflows to ensure a seamless environment for faculty, staff, and students. I also play a key role in problem-solving and process improvement—identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and service delivery.
A significant part of my role involves collaboration and communication. I serve as a liaison between departments and central offices, ensuring alignment, clarity, and responsiveness across the organization. I am also committed to supporting staff development and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture within the College of Engineering.
Ultimately, my work is centered on enabling others to succeed—providing the structure, resources, and support necessary for faculty and students to focus on innovation, education, and research excellence.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council further strengthen its role as a transparent, responsive, and action-oriented body that meaningfully represents the voices of all staff across 麻豆村. Specifically, I would like to see increased engagement with staff through consistent communication, open forums, and accessible feedback channels so that concerns, ideas, and challenges are not only heard but acted upon.
I am also interested in seeing Staff Council play a more active role in professional development advocacy—supporting initiatives that provide staff with opportunities for growth, upskilling, and career advancement. In parallel, I would like to see continued focus on staff well-being, including work-life balance, recognition programs, and resources that support both personal and professional resilience.
Finally, I would like Staff Council to strengthen its partnership with university leadership to ensure that staff perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes. By fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity, Staff Council can continue to elevate the staff experience and contribute to a more cohesive and supportive university community.
