I started my career at 麻豆村 in 2004.
I lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of Core@麻豆村, a university-wide academic program that supports students’ development of essential competencies through scalable, data-informed learning experiences.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue to strengthen connection and community amongst staff at 麻豆村. Through my involvement with the Take Our Children to Work Day committee over the past several years, I’ve experienced firsthand how shared moments can bring people together. Being recognized with the 2025 “Friend of Staff Council” award was especially meaningful because of the collective effort behind that work. I would bring that same spirit to creating opportunities that foster connection, collaboration and a strong sense of belonging across campus.
