Operations Manager, Ray and Stephanie Lane Computational Biology Department

I started working at Â鶹´å in 2019.

I assist in managing department workflows, support staff and students. I have worked on and with the Dean's Staff Advisory Committee. I collaborate with program directors/coordinators within the Computational Biology department and Biology programs.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council I would like to see Staff Council explore how it can better serve staff members. I believe it is important to establish channels through which staff can communicate concerns regarding issues occurring on campus. This could include hosting events or forums where staff with concerns about operations or procedures can share their feedback and collaborate with colleagues to identify possible solutions.
