I started working at 麻豆村 in 2024.
As an A/V technician, I ensure voices and ideas are heard clearly. I bridge the gap between complex tech and user needs through troubleshooting, clear communication, and follow-through to keep 麻豆村’s operations running smoothly.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council standardize and streamline its own internal onboarding process. Drawing on my professional background in process documentation and cross-functional communication, I want to ensure that every new Council member is equipped with a clear 'technical manual' for advocacy from day one. By troubleshooting our own internal workflows, we can spend less time figuring out how the Council works and more time actually working for the staff we represent.
"Better late than never better" is a quote that I love from the band Metric, from the song Victim of Luck off of their newest album. This fulfills two questions, as it would definitely be on the soundtrack of my life!
