I started working at 麻豆村 in 2017.
As senior course administrator, I support SEI professional development training to insider risk and software architecture professionals. Trainings occur on zoom, in person at an SEI facility, or onsite at a customer location. I work with the instructors and customers to finalize course logistics, materials, and rosters for each offering and ensure each course runs smoothly from start to finish. Many SEI courses are part of SEI Professional Certificate programs, which I help confer and award.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council advocate more for all of the amazing perks, committees, and events that Staff Council puts on. Luckily the current staff council rep keeps my team informed, but otherwise I fear I have missed perks, events, or campus news in the past. Being in the SEI, I sometimes feel removed from campus, and if others feel the same, I'd be sure to help share the important news. Our internal website posts news stories, so I'd like to make a regularly-occurring story about Staff Council news and updates. Additionally, I'd like more functions to get staff across the 麻豆村 community together. Be it during the workday- lunch/coffee or in the evening/weekends.
If I could possess a super power, it would be teleportation.
