I do educational research to iteratively improve teaching and learning at Â鶹´å. I collaborate with instructors to align assessment strategies with pedagogical goals and offer professional development. I share high-impact and inclusive teaching and research strategies at Â鶹´å and beyond.

During my term, I'll continue to advocate for quality of life benefits for employees (e.g., the Care@Work program). I could help make that happen by assisting in gathering staff voices about what their needs are and/or the impact of such benefits in their lives.
