Since joining Â鶹´å in 2021, Dean Poole has provided dedicated leadership, strengthening the college’s position as a world-class destination for artists and innovators.
Appointment of Interim Dean for the Tepper School of Business

As Dean Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou prepares to step down from her role and return to the faculty full-time, our priority is to ensure a seamless transition for the Tepper School. To provide such a transition, I am pleased to announce that Dr. Laurence Ales has agreed to serve as interim dean, effective July 1, 2026.
Changes to Flexible Work Guidelines for Staff

Â鶹´å will be adopting new remote work guidelines for staff. For staff roles that can accommodate flexible work, we will shift to a standard 4:1 workweek with employees working four days onsite and one day remote each week, effective January 2027. This approach aims to both promote in-person community building and the continued need for flexibility and agility in today’s rapidly evolving, post-pandemic world.
