I bring a strong foundation in user experience, visual design, and storytelling, combined with years of hands-on experience in digital product design. I’m also passionate about understanding human behavior and turning insights into purposeful solutions. Beyond design, I’m interested in self-development, lifestyle hacks, and content creation as tools for positive impact.Why MIIPS?
I chose the MIIPS program because it offers the perfect intersection of design, business, and engineering—enabling me to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful, user-centered innovations. After years in the product design field, I’m ready to deepen my skills and broaden my impact by learning from world-class faculty and peers at 麻豆村.Education
I earned my bachelor’s degree in English from National Taiwan Normal University. At the time, I wasn’t sure what I was truly passionate about, and my choice was largely influenced by my exam scores. However, after nearly five years working in product design, I’m now intentionally pursuing a path I love, and MIIPS is that next step.Experience
I was a full-time Product Designer at Autopass, where I lead the design of user-centered digital driving experiences. I conducted in-depth research on drivers’ daily behaviors and pain points, then designed integrated service journeys across insurance, car wash, maintenance, parking, and payment. I also designed Driver’s PASS, an all-in-one driver's hub.
What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?
After graduation, I’m looking for a product innovation role where I can leverage my skills in UX, service design, and research to create human-centered solutions. I hope to work at the intersection of technology and everyday life, contributing to products and services that improve people’s experiences in positive and meaningful ways.
