MIIPS, 2026
This is how to say my name:
What unique skills or interests do you bring to the iii?
Through my experiences as an undergraduate student government leader and working with diverse teams, I have learned that authenticity is a cornerstone of meaningful collaboration and innovation. Being genuine allows me to bring my full self to every interaction—sharing my ideas and skills while openly acknowledging when I need to learn more. I am not afraid to ask for help, seek feedback, or dive deeper into research when faced with uncertainty. This transparency has not only strengthened my relationships with teammates but has also spurred my creativity and productivity as a designer. Why MIIPS?
What excites me most about the MIIPS program is the unique interdisciplinary approach it offers, blending design, engineering, and business perspectives with peers. The program will be a fresh perspective for me as a designer who’s spent their undergraduate years in the fine arts departments of her universities. As the program is hosted in the College of Engineering, I am eager to complement my skills as a designer with the problem-solving methodologies and structured thought processes. This will provide me with a fresh, valuable perspective, so I can become a more versatile and effective designer.Education
