I bring design skills from the banking industry, where I work across both digital and physical touchpoints. My experience includes collaborating closely with business and development teams to align user needs with strategic goals. This has equipped me with a systems-thinking mindset and the ability to bridge design with execution.
Why MIIPS?
I chose the MIIPS program because it uniquely combines design, engineering, and business perfectly aligning with my goal to become a service and customer experience designer. The program’s interdisciplinary approach, hands-on learning, and focus on real-world impact will help me grow beyond UX/UI and develop strategic innovation skills to solve complex problems.Education

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?
After graduation, I aim to become a service or customer experience (CX) designer within a multidisciplinary team.
