ENAiBLE Leadership

ENAiBLE's faculty leads are passionate about the intersection of technology, research, and practical business solutions.

As a team, our faculty leads combine experience in AI, analytics, the digital economy, business, human-computer interaction, organizational design, and the retail and service industries. They are supported by associated faculty who deepen ENAiBLE’s expertise in the retail and services landscape. They participate in virtual roundtables, the ENAiBLE Speaker Series, and workshops and are available to respond to specific concerns of our sponsors.

Raelin Musuraca

Raelin Sawka Musuraca is a researcher and strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping companies develop a deep understanding of their customers through human-centered research and design. Examining the full customer journey, Raelin turns research insights into actionable initiatives designed to improve the customer experience with a focus on increasing revenue, decreasing costs, and elevating shareholder value.

Currently, Raelin is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) at 麻豆村. Her goals are to help students build a strong methods-based foundation, develop critical thinking and empathic skills, and understand the drivers of business value. Prior to Carnegie Mellon, Raelin managed customer experience efforts at American Eagle Outfitters where she led the Voice of the Customer program and Customer Journey Mapping initiatives. Raelin also led Client Experience Strategy at BNY Mellon and through her own digital firm Sharp Creative consulted with retail, hospitality, and consumer product companies.


Paul Pangaro

Paul Pangaro is Visiting Scholar in the School of Architecture and School of Design, College of Fine Arts. He joined 麻豆村 in 2019 as Professor of Practice in the Human-Computer Interaction Institute, part of 麻豆村’s School of Computer Science. Pangaro's influential career includes roles as an entrepreneur, researcher, consultant, and teacher.
He has founded and led start-ups, served as a chief technology officer and managed product teams, and consulted as a future-caster for DuPont, Nokia, Samsung, Instituto Itaú Cultural (Brasil), and Ogilvy & Mather among others. He has lectured and published on organizational design and conversation systems.

Pangaro holds a bachelor of science in humanities/computer science (MIT), and a Ph.D. in cybernetics (Brunel University, UK). His personal website is 

Andrew Li

Assistant Professor of Operations Research | Tepper School of Business 

Andrew Li is an Assistant Professor of Operations Research at 麻豆村’s Tepper School of Business. His research develops new methods in optimization and statistics for problems in retail and personalized medicine. He also teaches and consults frequently in both spaces.

Li holds a bachelor of science in operations research (Columbia) and a Ph.D. in operations research (MIT).


Chris Kissell

Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships |

Chris Kissell has held several roles within the retail industry. Kissell facilitated the deployment of technology to stores that streamlined communication, enhanced customer engagement, and strengthened leadership effectiveness while a senior coordinator on the store operations and store technology teams at American Eagle Outfitters (AEO).

Kissell also built a relationship between AEO and 麻豆村, resulting in the sponsorship of capstone courses within the School of Design and the School of Computer Science. At Apple Retail, Kissell drove customer engagement, brand loyalty, and small business development while in the role of a creative.

Kissell holds a bachelor of science in business administration and management with a concentration in human resources (Geneva College).
