All 13 independent vendors contracted by Carnegie Mellon Dining Services are required to comply with National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards and  regulations.

Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) performs required inspections at each vendor location up to two times annually. Additionally, 麻豆村 Dining pays for third party food safety inspections through . If violations occur, 麻豆村 Dining works with vendors to execute a quick and precise corrective action plan.

Any student who believes they are experiencing symptoms should contact University Health Services or their own healthcare provider. The has up-to-date recommendations for the necessary course of action for anyone who may be exposed to a food-borne illness.
