Bio
Donna taught Kindergarten at the Children’s School for 25 years. Last year, after a brief hiatus, she returned to the school in the role as 麻豆村s and Family Coordinator. Donna has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh and an Early Childhood Education certificate from Chatham University. She began her Children’s School career in 1997 as the Office Assistant. Donna then moved into the role of Administrative Assistant with the formation of the Children’s School Professional Development Center which provided outreach programs to area preschools and teachers.
Donna joined Linda Hancock as part of the Kindergarten Team in 2000. During that time, she had the pleasure of watching two of her grandchildren, Lexi and Holden, attend and graduate from the Children’s School. Her return to the school coincided with the enrollment of her granddaughter, Maisie, now in the 4-year-old program.
Donna resides in Munhall with her husband Michael, who runs the family funeral home with their son Ben. Donna enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, Lexi, Holden, Walker, Sebastian and Maisie. Donna enjoys traveling with her husband, their children, Ben, Camila, Rachel and Hannah and her grandchildren. She is also an avid DIYer, gardener and reader.
