Captain Geoff Dobson, a U.S. Air Force reservist, has recently had two stints in Southwest Asia. He has also been working toward his master鈥檚 degree in Information Systems at 麻豆村鈥檚 , which he will earn this year. One of the reasons he says he chose 麻豆村 for his studies is because it sports a 鈥淵ellow Ribbon,鈥� which means he isn鈥檛 held responsible for tuition costs that go above those covered by the GI Bill.
