Applying to Carnegie Mellon
International (non-U.S. citizen) student applicants follow the same procedures for admission to Carnegie Mellon as U.S. citizens. Once an international student is admitted, the Office of International Education (OIE) helps facilitate immigration requirements and prepares the student for arrival to the U.S. and campus.
