MSCF Welcomes Rhonda Khan as Communication and Leadership Instructor and Coach

MSCF has announced that Rhonda Khan, a nationally recognized leadership communication strategist and keynote speaker, has joined the program as its Communication and Leadership Instructor and Coach. Known for her dynamic, human‑centered approach to communication, Rhonda brings more than a decade of experience helping people strengthen their voice, presence, and confidence in high‑stakes settings.

With a professional background spanning speech‑language pathology and performance, Rhonda blends communication science with the art of connection to support clear, confident, and intentional expression. Her work emphasizes cutting through complexity, building trust, and communicating intentionally, all skills that are critical for effective engagement.

“I’m excited to join a program that values communication alongside technical excellence,” says Rhonda.  “MSCF students are already exceptional, and I appreciate the program’s commitment to helping them develop these skills as they prepare for the industry. I look forward to supporting students as they become more confident and distinguished communicators.”

In her role with MSCF, Rhonda will teach Business Communication I and II, provide individual coaching for students, and partner closely with Career Services to support students as they prepare for interviews and professional opportunities in the industry. Through practical strategies and hands-on coaching, she will guide students to strengthen their communication skills, sharpen their messages, and navigate challenging conversations. Her work is designed to help students develop a communication style that is both effective and aligned with their strengths as they begin their quantitative finance careers.

Rhonda’s position reinforces MSCF’s holistic approach to preparing students for success in quantitative finance, pairing technical excellence and strong interpersonal skills.  Building on MSCF’s robust communication curriculum, her individualized coaching and practical classroom guidance will help students bring their quantitative work to life, advocate for themselves, and stand out in interviews and in their careers. As MSCF students prepare to enter a fast‑moving, highly competitive industry, Rhonda’s presence ensures they are both technically prepared and empowered to lead and communicate with purpose.
