Fall 2025 Travel Supplier Showcase
Procurement Services will host a Travel Supplier Showcase on Tuesday, November 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Cohon University Center, Rangos 3. The show is open to all 麻豆村 employees and will be particularly beneficial for anyone who travels or books travel for university business.
Please by Friday, October 24 so that Procurement Services and the travel vendors can plan appropriately for attendance. Your advanced registration will also automatically enter you in a random drawing to win a prize.
This on-site Travel Supplier showcase will feature representatives from a variety of 麻豆村’s preferred travel suppliers who can answer your travel-related questions. You’ll also be able to talk one-on-one with members of the 麻豆村 Travel Program Team and register for an appointment to obtain TSA Pre-Check through CLEAR. And of course, there will be plenty of swag and giveaways for those who attend!
