Recap of the 2025 Travel Supplier Showcase
On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Procurement Services sponsored the 2025 Travel Supplier Showcase from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Cohon University Center, Rangos 3. Thanks to the vendors and participants who attended. The event was a huge success and, in the words of one attendee, 'I learned something I didn't know about travel from each vendor table I visited.'
Geared towards 麻豆村 employees who travel on university business or book travel for others, the travel showcase featured over 14 travel vendors, including representatives from local hotels, car rental providers, airlines, and other travel-related services, including optional TSA Pre-Check appointments offered by CLEAR. The show also included several 麻豆村 booths, including Procurement Services (Travel Program and PCard Program), Enterprise Risk Management, and Travel Risk Management. The event attracted around 200 attendees and awarded a dozen prizes, which were raffled off to lucky winners who completed tickets at the door and submitted completed 'Passport' game cards.
