Bio
Madeline T. Nguyen is a PhD student in Rhetoric at 麻豆村. She also holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy from the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche. Specializing in racial rhetorical criticism and rhetorical ecologies, Madeline's research focuses on culinary trans/nationalism and conceptualizations of authenticity and taste. Her work has been featured in international publications including, "The New Gastronome" and "Sandwich Magazine."Education
