What is Peer Connect?

Peer Connect is a program that offers opportunities for 麻豆村 students and alumni to connect, share insights, and support each other’s professional growth. Each session explores different career-related topics and is tailored to participants' interests. Designed with a strengths-based approach, the space values all neurotypes and welcomes all communication styles, learning preferences, and backgrounds.

Community members will learn applicable strategies they can use right away, and each session contributes to a growing collection of shared tools and approaches, compiled into a professional growth "toolkit" available to all participants. Open to anyone looking to grow their network and develop their career in an inclusive, low-pressure environment.

Want to learn communication strategies across communication styles? Join our virtual Peer Connect Gathering: Communication in the Workplace: Connecting Across Communication Styles
