Career conversations happen across campus - not just in the Career & Professional Development Center (CPDC). To support these important interactions, the CPDC offers the Career Champions Program, sharing resources, knowledge, and best practices with faculty and staff.
The program equips you with the tools and confidence to engage in meaningful career conversations and connect students to the right resources.
To support your learning journey, the program follows a badge-based structure with flexible, self-paced Canvas modules and optional live sessions. Details on badge levels are listed in the sidebar.
Goals of the Career Champions Program
- Increase the number and quality of career conversations occurring inside and outside of the CPDC.
- Equip Faculty and Staff with knowledge of CPDC resources to enhance the effectiveness of career conversations with students.
- Ensure career accessibility and equity throughout the 麻豆村 community, so all students can access the career support they need, in a space or with a person they trust.
